Our most recent collaboration build and full interior and exterior painting project located in the heart of Vancouver, shows top of the line craftsmanship. The exterior features a modern design. The landscaping simplicity allows the new owner to enjoy a big yard. The Exterior was painted with the latest paint technology. Emerald exterior paint by Sherwin Williams with self washing technology has proven to be the best paint you can use on your property to protect your house against Vancouver's harsh environments. For the the interior of this project we used Quebec hardwood engineer wood with a nice soft tone to create an ambiance of light and space. The interior walls were also painted with Sherwin Williams low VOC Emerald and the trims were painted with Sherwin Williams Pro classic Hybrid technology in a semi gloss finish.

Our must recent Commercial Painting and restoration project is located in the heart of Langley B.C. Our client called us because of the age of the building started to show signs of efflorescence. Efflorescence is one of the main problems that come up in old buildings like this one. Our team did a pull 4000 PSI power washing with a rotating tip to strip any bubbles, paint and salts. We then applied a especial ALKYD primer to mitigate the salts and PH of the surface. We then applied two coats of Elastomeric Paint, with a 24 hr re-coat in between each coat, to prevent paint failure.
